Biography: Pamela Bronson has been married 36 years and has three grown children whom she homeschooled. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. She enjoys reading (sometimes in Ancient Greek), knitting, gardening, writing, cats, dogs, and traditional music. She and her husband often ride bikes together and sing in their church choir. Her favorite authors include JRR Tolkien and CS Lewis.
Personal Experience: For 5 years she has been teaching SAT prep to high school students in Upper Darby Township, where she lives.

Biography: Kara Buckner was homeschooled for 14 years and took classes with Beth Hempton and Seasons, formerly Classes by Beth. She is a trainee in a pre-professional ballet conservatory and possesses experience teaching dance, specifically ballet, pointe and tap, to children ages 3-17. Usually she can be found drawing, reading, or enjoying time with her family and friends in Florida.
Personal Experience: Kara studied Computer Applications and English with Mrs. Hempton during high school. She has experience tutoring fellow homeschoolers for the SAT and English.

Biography: Sandra Girouard lives in Alabama with her husband and three sons. Her sons have been exclusively homeschooled and are entering seventh, ninth, and eleventh grades. Before homeschooling, she taught in both public and private school, as well as at the university level. She loves reading, growing plants, knitting and crocheting, and solving puzzles.

Biography: John Paul Harrell, the son of Beth Hempton, lives and studies in the peaceful Blue Ridge mountains of North Carolina. His pastimes include writing music, rock climbing, hiking, and spending time with friends. When he’s not studying he can be found at the local gym or trailhead.
John Paul understands the benefits and challenges of homeschooling, as he homeschooled through high school. He looks forward to sharing his passion and expertise in mathematics with Seasons students.

Biography: Beth Hempton lives in South Carolina with her husband, Darrell, two puppies, and two goats. She homeschooled her son, John Paul, and her daughter, Ally, through high school. Beth’s love for writing and desire to teach continue even though her children are now adults. Beth enjoys living in the country, reading, writing and traveling. She’s been known to go zip-lining, white water rafting and hiking. Learning new skills entices her and Jesus’s love inspires her. Beth's new adventure involves a mission trip to Kenya in June, 2019, to minister to women and orphans.
While homeschooling her own children, Beth’s friends asked her to teach a writing class. That single class grew into multiple local classes, which eventually led to Seasons Learning. Prior to homeschooling, she was a corporate trainer, taught in public and private school settings, and tutored students with learning challenges. Beth also spent several years as a freelancer: writing articles, curriculum and other educational materials. She published her first children’s book, Ally’s Perspective, in 2017. She is the also the author of high school writing and literature curriculum including Writing as a Life Skill and the series, Reading as a Life Skill.

Biography: On this wild ride called life, Helena Rutan currently hails from Charleston, SC. She considers mothering to be the highest possible calling anyone could have and loves to mother her own children as well as other peoples’; and, as God gives them, other mothers as well, helping individuals discover who they were created to be. Helena is a published artist and loves to create beauty where ever and whenever she can.
